Have you ever tried to cook in a Le Creuset pot? Yes, they look gorgeous but 1. They're ridiculously heavy which makes them hard to work with/ store 2. They are really hard to clean - if you do a roast, for example, it needs to soak for absolutely ages. Le Creuset is the bain of my (kitchen) existence! (My much cheaper Curtis Stone dishes from @Home are 100x better...)
Oh No That sounds horrible. But seriously, my dedication to this dream is unwavering. Until I experience it for myself. I used to cook with really heavy not Le Creuset pots and as much as they were a mission to wash, I really liked how the food turned out. I shall wait and see, but thanks for your heads up!
