Sorry for the bad quality of the picture. These arrived on Friday from our supplier Maria McCloy. Again, another clever use of African Wax Prints. These shoes range from R410 to R650 and there is one of each. She will do another delivery when they sell out, but you can order a pair.

Ladies in Cape Town and Joburg - From 16 April, Mememe Cape Town and Mememe Joburg are going to stock a brand new range of women's sneakers and shoes from French footwear label, Feiyue! To celebrate this launch, we are going to have a big party on Saturday 14 April at Mememe Joburg. And in true Mememe Style, it's going to be a real party. Yesterday's Pupil will perform in our back yard as well as two amazing DJ sets by Joburg indy DJ's DJ Muptee and DJ Gaptooth Radio.
We're going to have a games section with foosball tables and a 30 seconds show down. Of course no party is complete without drinks so look forward to some delicious cocktails and even more delicious Punch and Judy gourmet burgers on sale. It's a free event and we're inviting you to come with all your friends to enjoy a wonderful afternoon, the last of the beautiful Jozi summers.
Just a sneaker peek of what Mememe Cape Town and Mememe Joburg are getting this month!

MeMeMe Joburg and as of next week MeMeMe Cape Town are proud suppliers of this really beautiful jewellery by Elizabeth Bloom and her Dorus Mhor label. Elizabeth is an English woman married to a South African and she paid us a visit late last year with jewels in hand and we couldn't help ourselves - we bought all of these on the spot. She's back in the country, this time with new stuff that's going to be stocked at MeMeMe on Long Street from next week!
The jewellery is so well priced, the most expensive pieces are the necklaces which go for a mere R760, the earrings, and bracelets go from R250 to R550. And apparently, Florence Welch from Florence and the Machine, which we pump at both stores much to the annoyance of the shop assistance, is apparently one of Elizabeth's most supportive customers. Small world.
